As we begin to move into Phases 2 and 3 of reopening, I am going to implement some new policies to control the flow of traffic in the brick and mortar and minimize both health risks and financial costs, while continuing to provide excellent service.
There are a few new ways for you to get help with fit on jeans and I hope you will begin using these services.
Free Live Chat: I am online and available to answer your shopping questions in our chat! Sometimes our automated chat bot, Pam, answers, but when I'm on the clock, the chat is live and I will help as much as possible! Hit me up there in the bottom right corner of your screen! Even if you're not really shopping, just say hi! I love checking in with my customers and I miss you all so much!!
Curbside Pick-up and Limited Browsing: Wednesday through Saturday 12pm - 4pm, through July 8, you are welcome to stop by the shop to pick up online orders. Time and traffic depending, I am able to allow very limited in person shopping without access to dressing rooms. I am happy to bring items to you at the door to show you your options.
I know it's weird and hard to buy clothes online or without trying them on in the shop, and it's weird and hard for me to help sometimes too, but don't worry, if you aren't happy with your purchase, we have also amended our return policy to allow for refunds and store credit instead of store credit only.

30 Minute Denim Fitting in Brick & Mortar

Private, 30 minute shopping window with dedicated one on one time for your denim fitting in the brick and mortar. I will ask you a few questions via email when you book your appointment so that when you come in, there will be a selection of things waiting for you. You will have my nearly 20 years of denim wizardry at your disposal and access to ALL of our inventory, including deeply discounted clearance sale items which are not typically available on the sales floor.
There is room to schedule up to 2 customers at a time. If you would like to shop with a friend or family member in your social bubble, please reach out before you arrive. Each appointment is for entry for ONE adult only and nobody else will be allowed in with you, unless previously arranged. Please do NOT bring your children, dogs, or anyone else with you. If you have a disability and need someone with you to help you, there is no need to previously arrange that.
A credit card is required to reserve time and we kindly ask you to spend a minimum of $25 per half hour to schedule. Your card will only be charged the minimum amount for your scheduled time if you do not make a purchase during your appointment. The charge to your card is issued back to you immediately as a $25 store credit to use at a later date or to transfer to someone else. This policy is in place to protect my labor and my investment in this business. I simply cannot afford to provide private appointments if I'm not generating income from them.
Make sure you provide a valid email address that you actually check!!!! Any appointments that have not been confirmed will not be honored and your card will not be charged.
If you confirm your appointment and do not show up to it, your card will be charged the hourly minimum and you will forfeit your store credit. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show.
Due to the extraordinary circumstances of the corona virus pandemic, I will send you a detailed and thorough safety protocol with instructions for your appointment. Please make sure you read them before coming to your appointment so you know what to expect when you arrive.
